Info & Policies

Our fixtures are made to order and have a 2-4 week lead time. As a small business, lead times may vary from time to time (ex. large orders, holidays, pandemics, etc). Please contact us for expedite requests. We will do our best to accommodate such requests.

The "length" of the fixture is the vertical measurement from the ceiling to the bottom of the fixture. The "width" is the widest point (horizontally) of the fixture.

We collaborate with clients to design and manufacture an original design fixture based specific to their needs. A $250 non-refundable design fee is required prior to the design process. The design fee will be credited toward the purchase of the custom piece.

Most of our hardwired fixtures are UL Listed for both dry and damp locations which includes bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, as well as covered patios as long as the fixture is protected from the elements. Our plug in fixtures are not UL Listed, however, they are built to UL standards.

Our fixtures are built with either E26 standard base sockets or E12 candelabra base sockets. Double check each product description to see which socket is used for that particular fixture. Depending on the fixture, E27 standard base European sockets may be substituted. Contact us if an E27 socket is required.

Although installation instructions are provided, we strongly recommend all lighting be installed by a licensed electrician. We also recommend the electrician wear gloves during installation to prevent marking and fingerprints, especially on the brass components.

Most of our fixtures are rated for voltages up to 240v. Voltages are listed in each product description. Our lamps are built with U.S. standard cord ends (110v).

A cord and U.S. standard plug can be added to most sconces. Contact us if a cord and plug is required.

We offer two different brass options - natural brass and brushed brass. Natural brass will develop a rich patina over time. A non-abrasive cleaner can be used to remove the patina, if desired. Brushed brass is hand brushed and a clear coat is applied to the fixture to preserve its luster.

We recommend using a damp microfiber cloth to gently clean the fixture. Remove any excess moisture from the fixture using a dry microfiber cloth. Do not use abrasives or cleaners on the fixture as they may damage the finish. NATURAL BRASS ONLY: A non-abrasive cleaner can be used on the natural brass to remove the patina, if desired.

We guarantee the workmanship and electrical components of our light fixtures for 2 years. Damage from misuse, improper light bulb usage or improper installation will not be covered. Any repairs needed will be completed in our Texas studio. We cannot reimburse for any installation or product removal. With proper care, our fixtures should last a lifetime.

We take pride in our craftsmanship. Our fixtures are handmade to order in our Texas studio. We strive to use premium quality materials, however, minor variations may be present in the fixture finishes and handblown glass.

Lighting Guide

We recommend hanging fixtures at the height that feels right to you. A general rule of thumb for hanging pendants above a kitchen island is to position the fixtures 30"-36" above the surface of the island. We recommend spacing the pendants a minimum of 24" apart. The pendants should not hang where you will bump your head on the fixtures or stare directly into the light source.

Once again, personal preference is key for hanging a fixture over a dining room table. The general rule is to hang the fixture 30" - 36" above the table top, however, many modern spaces allow for more space between the table top and the bottom of the fixture.
