Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we specialize in creating custom lighting for your home or business. We frequently work with home and business owners, designers, and builders on custom lighting.

What is the completion time?

Our fixtures are handcrafted, repurposed or refurbished and lead times may vary. See individual product descriptions for accurate lead times.

What if I'm not sure what type of light I want?

Contact us with your ideas and we will work together to design the perfect fixture.

Do you accept returns?

ALL SALES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. Refund Policy for all other orders: After notifying J Knox Designs via email of intent to return merchandise, merchandise can be returned for a full refund if returned via insured USPS mail that is postmarked within seven days of the customer's receipt of the order. Returns will not be accepted if returned after seven days of receipt or if customer fails to notify J Knox Designs before merchandise is returned. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping return fees.

Do you ship international?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please note Buyer is responsible for paying all fees associated with delivery of your package, including customs fees and taxes.

Do you offer a warranty on your fixtures?

We stand by our work and use only the best quality materials, therefore, all of our custom made fixtures come with a limited lifetime warranty. The fixture must be in good condition (normal wear), still owned by the original purchaser and must have been used in proper conditions originally intended for the fixture. 

Are your fixtures UL listed?

Most of our fixtures are UL Listed. The UL Listed fixtures will be marked individually in the product description and the fixture itself.
